Get answers to common questions about Ultrasound Cavitation – Fat Melting - 30 Mins.

Ultrasonic waves create microbubbles in fat cells, causing membrane rupture and releasing fatty contents. The body then processes and eliminates released lipids via the lymphatic and hepatic systems. Treatment is non-surgical and targets localized, stubborn fat deposits over multiple sessions.

Most clients need six to ten sessions spaced one to two weeks apart for optimal results. The exact number depends on treatment area, desired contouring, and individual response. Your clinician will create a personalized plan during consultation and reviews.

Treatments are typically painless; you may feel gentle warmth, vibration, or mild tingling during the session. There is no significant downtime—most clients resume normal activities immediately. Occasional temporary redness or sensitivity can occur but usually resolves within hours to a day.

Ideal candidates are near their target weight with localized pockets of fat or cellulite resistant to diet and exercise. Not suitable for pregnant women, those with certain medical implants, or serious liver/lymphatic conditions. A consultation and medical history review determines suitability.

When fat cell membranes are ruptured, the cells are permanently removed; however, remaining fat cells can enlarge if weight is regained. Results are long-lasting with a stable weight, healthy diet, and exercise. Occasional maintenance sessions may be recommended.

Before sessions hydrate well, avoid heavy meals and alcohol, and disclose medications or implants. After treatment continue drinking water, light exercise or lymphatic massage to aid elimination, and avoid anti-inflammatory drugs for a short period unless directed otherwise by your clinician.
