I’m so glad I unexpectedly discovered Simply Beautiful Spa! Sometimes you come across a place by chance and end up wondering why you didn’t find it sooner—and that’s exactly how I feel about this spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and professional, and the spa has such a lovely, calming smell that immediately helps you unwind.

My facial was done by Sunny, and she was absolutely amazing. Before starting, Sunny took the time to ask about my skin, my concerns, any sensitivities, and what I wanted to improve. She carefully explained what my skin needed and which type of facial would be the right choice for me. I really appreciated how personalized and thoughtful her approach was. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely listened to my concerns.

Throughout the facial, Sunny was incredibly thorough and attentive. She took her time with the extractions, carefully focusing on individual problem pores instead of rushing through the process. She was gentle but very detailed, and I could tell she truly cared about the condition of my skin. The soothing face massage was also a wonderful part of the treatment and made the whole experience even more relaxing.What I loved most was that Sunny focused not only on how my skin looked during the facial, but also on how to keep it healthy afterward. She paid attention to hydration and helped my skin feel refreshed, smooth, and naturally glowing. She also explained how I could maintain that glow and keep my skin properly hydrated between appointments.

After the facial, Sunny took the time to explain the post-care routine and how often I should come back to continue improving my skin. I really appreciate that she focuses on long-term results rather than simply giving you a facial and sending you on your way.
